I am a Dhrupad vocalist committed to deepening and contemporising the Dhrupad tradition
through performance, pedagogy, and interdisciplinary artistic inquiry. My practice
investigates voice as a vibrational, contemplative, and somatic medium, exploring Raga as a
living, adaptive knowledge system. Through slow-time improvisation, breath-anchored
sonic exploration, and embodied listening methodologies, I aspire to create artistic spaces
that are meditative, research-driven, and accessible across linguistic, cultural, and
disciplinary boundaries.
